Tender For Yishun Avenue 9 EC Site Awarded To Sing Holdings
The offer intended for the Executive Condominium site in Yishun Ave 9 was presented to Sing Holdings Ltd, shortly after Sing Holdings put forward the top proposal of $373.5 million, declared the Housing and Development Board on 20 November.
Launched to public on 30 Apr, the 99-year tenancy site owns a plot of 231,574.77 square foot along with a max gross floor surface section of 60,240 square meter. It can generate around 600 property units.
