Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023

The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre rooftop public-activated recreation area. Called TRX City Park, it is made by Lendlease in joint venture with landscaping engineers Oculus & Pentago. It definitely will feature kids’s backyard, water attributes, and shaded enclaves. It will also serve as a venue to hold exhibits and events.
Wilson includes that tenancy levels at The Exchange TRC are “well ahead of market ratios”. “We believe the varied retail mix enhanced by vibrant leisure and also entertainment activations will serve as a key point of distinction and may steer site visitors to remain longer and make repeated visits.”

The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle district of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is set to launch in 4Q2023. According to developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will have at least 400 stores across four retail levels, by having 1.3 million sq ft of total net lettable place.
