GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
The International Real Property Federation, recognising the value of building brilliance, sustainability, community involvement, and ethical business methods, has granted GuocoLand for its commitment to these prices in the property development of Martin Modern.
The project also won 4 significant awards at the Second EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Citation in 2018 in the unfinished projects category, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
“Martin Modern is a very special business to GuocoLand, as it noted the start-off of a brand-new phase in our design journey whereby we redefine modern luxury for today’s buyers,” claims Dora Chng, non commercial supervisor at GuocoLand.
Martin Modern was created by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The project’s design was recognized for its lush botanic garden setup, matched by a rugged aesthetic inspired at the adjoining shore sanctuary. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is alloted to landscaping and amenities, and GuocoLand’s different signature layout qualities, such as a grand lawn and plentiful spaces for recreation and amusement, are showcased.
It is GuocoLand’s fifth accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It formerly earned awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
The project has actually currently claimed several other top real estate and design honors.
Martin Modern, a high-end residence by mainboard-listed property builder GuocoLand, was identified as World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
It was awarded Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; High-end Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Honors 2021; and Best Residential Property Development Singapore at the International Property Grants 2020.
